SMG maintenance machines, German quality, Global Sport LLC
Global Sport LLC is the exclusive distributor of the German SMG artificial grass maintaining machines. The cooperation of the two companies dates back for many decades and Global Sport uses SMG machines for artificial pitches and offers them for their partners. SMG has more than 40 years of experience in building machinery for maintaining and improving athletic pitches and since the last 20 years they build machines for installation, maintenance and improvement of artificial sport surfaces.
There are two categories of artificial turf maintaining machines:
- routine maintenance
- advanced maintenance
Soft ground driven rotary brushes and adjustable sieves are the features of the Routine Maintenance equipment range. Picked up infill material is cleaned from debris and is returned evenly. A constant amount of infill material in the sieve tray is the keypoint of the redistribution process and ensures a perfectly levelled pitch.
Powered rotary brushes, adjustable sieves and vacuum turbines are the features of the Advanced Maintenance equipment range. Picked up infill material is cleaned from dust and debris and is returned evenly. Besides the redistribution and the levelling of the infill, decompacting and retopping with manual or attached spreaders complete the program.
